Trading Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy

1. Interpretation

1.1 In these Terms and Conditions, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Tamebyte Ltd trading as DryStream, DryStream Supplies and LaundryRolls.com  and "you", "your" or "Customer" means the business, person or organisation purchasing the Goods from us.
1.2 These Terms apply to all sales of Goods (including till rolls ribbons and related items) made to business customers via our website or other agreed methods.


2. Formation of Contract

2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
2.2 A binding contract shall only arise once we issue a written order confirmation or dispatch the Goods.
2.3 These Terms supersede any terms proposed by the Customer unless expressly agreed in writing.


3. Products and Availability

3.1 All Goods are offered subject to availability.
3.2 We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or higher quality in the event of supply shortages.
3.3 Product descriptions are approximate and for guidance only. In particular, colours and shades may vary from those shown in pictures on the website or from those you may have ordered before.


4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 All prices are exclusive of VAT and delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch.
4.3 We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at a rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.


5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery dates are estimates only and time shall not be of the essence.
5.2 Risk in the Goods passes to you upon delivery.
5.3 Delivery will be deemed complete when the Goods are delivered to the address provided in your order.
5.4 You must inspect the Goods immediately on delivery and notify us of any shortages, damage, or discrepancies within 2 working days.


6. Title and Risk

6.1 Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery.
6.2 Title to the Goods shall not pass to the Customer until full payment (including any interest or additional charges) has been received.
6.3 Until title passes, the Customer must hold the Goods as our fiduciary agent and bailee and store them safely and separately from other goods.


7. Returns and Defective Goods

7.1 We do not accept returns unless the Goods are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
7.2 You must notify us of any issues within 2 working days of receipt.
7.3 Our liability is limited, at our option, to repair, replacement, or refund of defective Goods.


8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Before using our goods you agree to test them regularly for suitability in your proposed applications to ensure there is no adverse effect on garments or other products and in particular where our goods are to be used with other products chemicals steam and/or heat.
8.2 Except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, our total liability to you shall not exceed the total value of the Goods supplied under the order giving rise to the claim.
8.2 We shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or special loss (including loss of profit, business interruption, or goodwill).


9. Force Majeure

9.1 We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, supply chain disruption, or natural disasters.


10. Data Protection

10.1 We process your business contact details in accordance with applicable data protection laws for the purpose of fulfilling your order and managing our business relationship.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England.
11.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
